Yes, I am registered with Environmental Health and have a 5* FSA Rating,
hold full insurance & have been certified as follows:

How long does it take you to respond to enquiries?
On weekdays, I tried to respond within 24 hours. Some times I may be extremely busy, but I will aim to get back to you within 48 hours at the latest. Please be patient and remember that a good treat maker spends most of their time in the kitchen!
If you already have a confirmed order - my contact details will be on their in case of an urgent query.
Do you offer Fondant Cakes?
My cakes are all buttercream & ganache cakes. I do not make fondant covered cakes.

How to I find out if you have availability?
Please message/email me to enquire about date availability. I will need to know some key information before I can confirm availability, so please include the following details:

Date & Time the order is required for

How much notice do you require?
Dates can book out very quickly, so feel free to give me as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. Based on demand & order details, short notice orders may not be accepted. No bookings will be confirmed without payment of a booking fee / full pre-payment.
Will you hold a date for me?
I can hold a date for 24 hrs only. If in this time you have not made a decision about a date or paid in full / a booking fee paid - the date will be released.
Order Confirmation & Payment
Do I need to pay upfront or pay a booking fee?
Orders under £50 require full payment when ordering. All orders over £50 require a 50% booking fee, with the final amount paid 1 month before the order completion date. No booking is confirmed without payment.
I need to cancel or move my date - can I get my booking fee back?
All booking fees are non-refundable & non-transferable, unless an event must be cancelled based on Government advice. In this case, the booking fee can be transferred to another date within 1 year of the original booking date, provided I have availability on that date. If you choose to cancel or move the date for any other reason, or I cannot accommodate your new date, you will forfeit all monies.
If for any reason you fail to collect your cake order, I reserve the right to resell the order item(s).
What is your refund policy?
I am unable to offer refunds. If there is a problem with you order, please email / message me so that I can resolve this for you. Once a product has been delivered or collected, responsibility for the product lies with the recipient.

Do you offer delivery / collection?
We offer free collection from N12 We also offer delivery for non-tiered cakes & other bakes as follows:

For all other postcodes please contact me.
For tiered cakes, delivery and set up costs (if applicable) are available at your event venue. This will be discussed as part of your ordering process.
Postal delivery is also available on certain products including my cakesicles, brownies and cookies - please contact me for more information.

Cake Cutting Guide
This cake cutting guide helps you work out serving sizes for barrel cakes. I can provide further information on serving sizes for other sized cakes.
Medium barrel cakes - wedding serves:
Each serve measures 6" high x 2" wide x 1" deep
Tall barrel cakes - wedding serves:
Each serve measures 4" high x 2" wide x 1" deep
Custom Orders
I've seen something online, can you make it for me?
Cake baking & decorating is an art form. No one cake is the same, no matter if the creator or an admirer is trying to replicate it. If you have an idea in mind for a design, I am more than happy to use this as a basis to create my take on it. It will not however, be an 100% likeness & I cannot guarantee any such likeness. If you are willing to let me use my vision with the addition of my creative flair, to craft a cake similar to what you have seen, then I would be more than happy to help make a cake for you.
I would like a different flavour or product to what you have on your menu - would you be able to help?
I love to be creative & if I am able to help by experimenting with a recipe to create a new product or flavour, I am happy to do this. Should you wish to taste the new item before you finalise your order, there may be a cost associated with this..
Allergens & Dietary Requirements
Do you cater for food allergies?
All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten & milk, plus all other major allergens.
Some products may not include certain ingredients, however I cannot guarantee they are “free from” & therefore are not suitable for allergy sufferers.
If you would like an item to exclude an ingredient for lifestyle purposes, this may be possible. Some ingredients contain inobvious allergens e.g. some sprinkles contain fish gelatine.
Please let me know of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering.
As a mummy of 2 children with allergies, I take ingredient responsibility very seriously.
